Your provider will confirm you've booked the right treatment and consult on your scalp's needs before you begin. Come with hair brushed out and detangled, then relax and let us do everything.

Absolutely — as long as we can access your scalp. We cannot perform services on clients with extensions, braids, sew-ins, or anything that blocks scalp access.

Add 20-30 minutes to your treatment time for consultation and unwinding. Please plan your parking accordingly so you're not rushing out. Visit our policy page for current parking info. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service.

Blowouts are not included but can be added for an additional charge — request it when you book. We also have hairdryers and brushes available for self-service styling.

Yes! Our spa room has two chairs so you can experience it together. We just ask that everyone respects the quiet, restorative environment.

We recommend scheduling head spa at least one week before any color appointment. Wait at least one week after chemical services before booking.

Like facials, head spa works best as part of a routine. Your provider will recommend a treatment schedule based on your scalp's needs after your first session.

Call the salon if you need help choosing a service, or book online using the Book Now button or the Vagaro app. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. We ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations — otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.

Once you're in the spa room, we ask that all phones be set to silent and put away. This is your time to disconnect and restore.
