In Ayurvedic tradition and other herbal practices around the world, vaginal steaming has been passed down for generations.
Steaming offers a moment of warmth and care and is something many turn to around their cycle or after childbirth.
We follow that same tradition: a gentle herbal blend, rising steam, and twenty to thirty minutes that belong entirely to you.
What to expect:
You'll settle into a private, sterilized steam seat, wrapped in warm blankets or towels, while herbal steam rises gently around you.
No pressure, nothing to do.
Just stillness.
