We use only natural and organic ingredients for all head spa services. Your provider will confirm you've booked the right treatment for your scalp and follow up afterward with recommendations for at-home care. If you have any allergies, let us know ahead of time. Please arrive with your hair brushed out and detangled to avoid disrupting your relaxation (and potential extra charges).

Call the salon if you need help choosing a service, or book online using the Book Now button or the Vagaro app. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. We ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations — otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.

Yes! Our spa room has two chairs, so you can experience it together. We just ask that everyone respects the quiet, restful environment.

Blowouts are not included but can be added for an additional charge — just request it when you book. We also have hairdryers and brushes available for self-service styling.

We recommend scheduling your head spa one week before any color appointment. Our products are safe for treated hair, but if you've had chemical services within the past week, there's a chance the color or keratin could lift during our detox process. Wait at least one week after chemical services before booking.

Absolutely — as long as we can access your scalp. We cannot perform services on clients with extensions, braids, sew-ins, or anything that blocks access to the scalp. Please arrive with hair detangled and brushed out to avoid extra charges or lost service time.
