Cancellation Policy
Please consider before cancelling. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' notice for haircuts, ayurvedic head spa, steams, sauna, & facial services, if for any reason you need to cancel, and 48 hours for color/ chemical services and any services over 2 hours long, or you forfeit 50 percent of the services booked. As it is difficult to fill the spot last minute. We allow a 15-minute grace period to show up for your appointment. No-call, no-show, or same-day cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the service booked. We only accept calls or texts to the salon at 404-502-9744 or the service provider for cancellations. Thank you for understanding and valuing our time.
Redo/ Refunding
We are a salon of professional, highly trained hairstylists who are independent contractors functioning as a team. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your service, please contact your service provider so they can make it right for you. We focus heavily on integrity and thorough consultations to avoid redo’s, there for we do not do refunds. It's essential to connect with your stylist, so we recommend a color consultation before booking an appointment. If you do not have the service provider’s contact info, don't hesitate to get in touch with info@hemlocksalon.com so we can help connect you.
Parking Instructions
We are at the bottom of Ayla apartments on 44 Krog Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30307. The building is “pay to park” using the Park Mobile App (code 7245 it will say Ayla Apartments. *Please note that wifi is super weak inside the parking garage. We recommend using the ParkMobile app to store your information before you arrive.
Free parking is available along Edgewood, and our space is just a short walk away.
There is paid parking available within the Krog Street parking garage, located directly across the street, with the first hour free from Monday to Thursday.
Please ensure you allow enough time for your appointment (you can always check with your stylist to confirm the required time). But we recommend erring on the side of caution so you're not stressed and rushing.
Children
We love children and cutting their hair…However, we kindly ask that you keep them close and quiet so that others can enjoy their stress-free environment. We have a lot of breakables, so we ask that they sit next to you if you are being serviced at all times. We also have a few toys for them to keep busy. Feel free to bring headphones and electronics for them to enjoy as you are being served.
