Our Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel with 48 hours’ notice at no charge. After 48 hours, we ask for 50%; same-day and no-shows are billed in full. A card on file holds your appointment. You won’t be charged until you arrive.

Before you book

If it's your first visit, start with The Teaser. Your provider can recommend more once they've seen your scalp.
Your provider will confirm you've booked the right treatment and consult on your scalp's needs before you begin. Come with hair brushed out and detangled, then relax and let us do everything.
Head spa works on any texture as long as your scalp is accessible. It can't be performed over extensions, braids, or sew-ins.
Yes! Our spa room has two chairs so you can experience it together. We just ask that everyone respects the quiet, restorative environment.

We recommend scheduling your head spa at least one week before any color appointment. Wait at least one week after chemical services before booking.
Like facials, head spa works best as part of a routine. Your provider will recommend a treatment schedule based on your scalp's needs after your first session.
Free to reschedule or cancel with 48 hours’ notice. After that window, 50%; no-shows are billed in full.
Blowouts are not included but can be added for an additional charge. Just request it when you book. We also have hairdryers and brushes available for self-service styling.
